1. The competition winner will be notified within one working week of the closing date of the competition, 31 October 2015. If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner by 15 November, 2015, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
2. The prize includes:
• £500 which will be deposited into a Triodos Bank savings account.
• A credit on their Ecotricity bill up to the value of £550 over a 12 month period.
3. Prize draw is open to UK residents (excl. Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars, Triodos Bank, Ecotricity and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.canopyandstars.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
6. The Promoter, Ecotricity, Triodos Bank, or agencies involved in this promotion will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.
7. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
8. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.

Terms and Conditions specific to Triodos Bank’s element of the prize

1. This prize is provided by Triodos Bank NV (incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands with limited liability, registered in England and Wales BR3012). 2. There is one prize of £500 which will be deposited into a Triodos Bank savings account. Once the winner is notified that they have won a prize, they can apply to open a Triodos Bank savings account (any personal savings account except one of our Fixed Term Saving Bonds and Fixed Term Cash ISAs) and make the opening deposit. Triodos Bank will require notification from the account holder of where to deposit the prize. Subject to the terms that apply to the account.
Where the prize winner is an existing Triodos Bank account holder (except if the account holder only holds one of our Fixed Term Saving Bonds and/or Fixed Term Cash ISAs), Triodos Bank will require notification from the account holder of where to deposit the prize. Terms and Conditions specific to Ecotricity’s element of the prize

1. Winners will receive a credit on their Ecotricity bill up to the value of £550 over the 12 month period. There is no cash alternative.
2. The winner will be required to switch their electricity supplier to Ecotricity in order to receive the prize. If the winner is tied-in to an electricity contract with another supplier, Ecotricity will honour the competition prize for a maximum of 12 months after the competition closing date. If the winner does not switch to Ecotricity within 12 months of the closing date the competition prize will be cancelled.
3. If the winner decides to cancel their contract with Ecotricity with all, or any part of, the competition credit remaining on their account, Ecotricity reserve the right to cancel the remaining credit.
4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
5. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter after the closing time. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
