You’ll shortly receive a booking confirmation email to fully confirm your booking, please check and let us know ASAP if you haven’t received it as there may be an issue with your payment.

Your confirmation email will contain all the information above and also acts as your receipt, but there is no need to print it or present it to the owners upon arrival. You only need to remember your own name and your reference number and the owners will know who you are.

Please try to let the owner know what time you think you'll be arriving. Your host's contact details will be included in your e-mail confirmation.

Cancelling or amending your booking

Changing the dates of your booking is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee. Your booking is non refundable within ten weeks of check in. Prior to that time, all money except your deposit will be refunded upon cancellation.
