  • Please bring a torch, wellies, walking shoes and flip flops to wear on your way to the hot tub
  • Use of the hot tub is an extra £30 per night and payable direct to the owners. If your stay is for a week, the hot tub on your 7th night is free
  • Three of the tents are located on a sloping field, accessed via a gravel path which is not suitable for push chairs or wheelchair users, although the owners will do their best to accommodate access by allowing vehicular access to the tent as needed. Yealm safari tent is the closest tent to parking, is on flat ground with the owners able to provide a ramp
  • Family/couples bookings are only permitted in school holidays (including all of July and August). For adult only groups at other times of the year, please enquire before booking
  • Guests are advised to respect the low noise policy after 9pm, to allow the younger children to get a great nights sleep
  • This is a dog-free tent and all bedding is hypo-allergenic
  • All firewood is provided free of charge for the hot tub and the indoor stove. Additional firewood can be purchased for £5 per wheelbarrow
  • Mobile phone signal depending on the network
