  • Batman’s Summerhouse comes with 200m of private river frontage with fishing rights for Salmon and Trout (Brown, Sea, Rainbow). You'll need a license for the South Devon River Avon and please check the Open/Closed dates for the season
  • Wifi supplied by Starlink. Can be also used for mobile calls
  • Access to the Secret Attic Bedroom is via an enclosed ladder style staircase and is best for children above 3 years old
  • The Batman's Summerhouse has it's own private garden and deck which has a view of the river heading downstream
  • The owner lives nearby and welcomes guest visits to her Art Studio
  • Plenty of home-grown firewood and kindling is provided for the wood-burner. Guests can bring their own charcoal for the BBQ
