Soaking away in the floor-level hot tub with impressive views of the hills, valley, campers, canoers and river is a moment of pure bliss. Then you hop out of the water and move to the lower terrace to lounge on the recliners while you get the BBQ going, maybe have a glass of something as the sun goes down and then head back up the steps to the cabin, to slump onto the sofa, more relaxed than you thought possible. While you might spend most of your time outdoors, the cabin isn’t bad on the inside either. The kitchen and bathroom have all the mod cons, the bedroom a comfy double and the lounge a satisfyingly chunky sofa for evenings lazing, reading or busting out the board games.
Just outside your gate, and down a steep narrow lane, is a world of adventure and rural bliss. You might hear deer wandering down the lane behind the cabin, owls hunting in the night and plenty of other birdlife all around you. There’s kayaking to be done on the Wye, hiking all over the place, with the Brecon Beacons within easy reach and a couple of great pubs to refresh yourselves at. In some places you can even combine any of the above, by paddling right up to places like the Saracen’s Head, which also has a hand-pulled ferry for when you find yourself on the wrong side of the water. Whatever you get up to, you’ll come up the hill to Watson’s Cabin and be glad to be home, ready to pop a cork and sink into the hot tub again.

Meet Jo and Rich
Jo and Rich came across Watson's Cabin in the summer of 2024 and knew straight away it was something special. It offered exactly the kind of quiet, rural setting they enjoy - ideal for long walks, fresh air, and time outdoors with their two dogs. When the chance came to take it on, they didn't hesitate. Now, they're pleased to share the cabin with others looking to escape, slow down, and enjoy the countryside.
Wildlife & the environment
Watson's Cabin is nestled in a landscape teeming with wildlife all year round. It's not unusual to spot families of deer along the nearby lanes and footpaths - you may even hear them quietly passing by the cabin at night. Birdlife is abundant too, with buzzards circling overhead, woodpeckers drumming in the trees, and owls calling after dusk. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the peregrine falcons that regularly nest in the cliffs of nearby Symonds Yat East. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the surroundings are a haven for nature lovers and outdoor explorers alike.

Have been using Watson's since early 2000's.
This was our first booking with new owners Jo and Rich, and was still just as memorable as always.
Perfect setting with remarkable views from the decking area, wood fired hot tub and cabin.
Excellent facilities.
Everything catered for a couple to experience a very relaxing peaceful retreat.
Beautiful autumn colour this time of year.
Sounds and sights of wildlife add to the chill out.
Welcome touches like Prosecco, ginger cake and luxury chocolate biscuits.
Jo and Rich provide good clear communication and are easy to contact if anything is required during the stay, such as extra firewood.
Local eateries are within in easy walking distance.
Old Ferrie Inn, 20 mins, excellent Sunday roast ( booking advisable).
Good walks on The Doward and either side of The Wye river.
Access is via a narrow single width road, some comments on this, but we found no issues and no problems turning around in a medium people carrier at the parking lay by.
Watson's is exceptional value.
Have used high profile similar rentals in area, featured in TV programmes, that lacked essential facilities but cost double.

We had the most wonderful weekend away at Watsons Cabin this weekend. Nested up on the hillside the cabin is set in beautiful surroundings with a fantastic view over the valley. The hot tub was easy to light and use with the added opportunity for our great hosts to get it ready for our arrival, we had a fabulous time relaxing and enjoying the afternoon. The cabin was beautifully presented with a homely feel and so well equipt for our stay. Our hosts were so responsive and friendly while making our stay go perfectly including the recommended walks, activities and places to eat/drink. The cabin is on the hillside so a bit of a pull up from the pub in the evening but manageable for us. We would recommend bringing a light/high visibility sash for walking along the road at night. 10/10 we would recommend staying at Watsons Cabin and would live to return in future and would recommend Symonds Yat West as a great Base for exploring this gorgeous part of the country.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the cabin! It’s the perfect getaway to have if you need a few days away from the busy day to day life!
Our first night we got the firepit going and had a lovely relaxing evening playing some games and listening to the sounds of nature. Topped off by a dip in the hot tub!
The 2nd day we went for a walk around the area and came across some gorgeous sights! Finished with a lovely meal at the local pub which is a 10 minute walk!
Our hosts were fantastic! There were a few issues on arrival but they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible!
If you are looking for your next getaway then this is definitely one to consider!

Very disappointed with the stay overall. The road up to the cabin was dangerous as part of the road had been blocked off meaning that what should have been a one way single track with a steep drop on one side was now open for traffic from both directions. We feel this is something we should have been informed about. The space for parking we were allocated should have been approached from the other way had the road been intact but as it wasn't we were left with the tiny width of a single track to try to turn the car around. This was again dangerous and the hanging trees scratched my husbands car. The cabin itself was very shabby and not like the pictures advertised. The bathroom tiles were dirty within the grouting and behind the toilet was a mess. The bathroom blind had big stains on it and behind the bed was full of dust and cobwebs as were both bedroom lamps. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved in it. This resulted in us getting very little sleep throughout the 3 days and as a result returned home feeling tired. Also overcharged for wood we did not order and have been pestered for the money by the owner. I would like someone to contact me.

Response from Canopy & Stars
Hello Nicola. We’re sorry to hear that your stay at Watsons Cabin didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. As discussed with you directly, information about the road access was provided ahead of your arrival in your welcome email from the owner, and while narrow lanes are common in rural locations, the parking area and surrounding foliage are well maintained. The cabin was inspected after your stay and found to be clean and in good condition, meeting the high expectations we aim to offer. Following both our conversation with the owner and a recent inspection by a member of the Canopy & Stars team, we believe the photos and presentation accurately reflect the space. The logs and pre-heated hot tub were provided, as you requested on your booking form, however the owner kindly waived these costs as a gesture of goodwill. I am sorry we've been unable to reach an agreeable outcome for you on this occasion, and while we understand you chose not to take up our offer of a voucher towards a future stay, this offer still stands should you wish to use it. Thank you again for your feedback and we truly hope we can welcome you back on another stay in the future.

Our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. We had booked for our wedding anniversary & we arrived to find a lovely “happy anniversary” message on the board in the kitchen & a chilled bottle of Prosecco in the fridge!
The cabin itself was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was small, but had everything we would need & more. The bedroom & bathroom were bigger than we expected & the cosy living room area was perfect. The hosts, Rich & Jo, were amazing from before we got there. Detailed directions for finding the cabin & we were even able to arrange the hot tub warming ready for our arrival.
The outside area of the cabin was just wonderful! The hot tub was perfectly placed to soak up the view & the seats around the fire pit too. There was even an outdoor table & chairs where you could enjoy meals or drinks outside too, again with the beautiful view.
The location was also perfect as a base for walking around the area with a walking trail starting pretty much from the cabins gate. The hosts had very helpfully left a folder that included info on walks in the local area. They really had thought of everything!
We would be back again in a heartbeat!!

Watsons Cabin was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. The location is stunning, with an incredible view to wake up to every morning. The cabin is cosy and has everything you could need. It didn’t get too hot, even in the sweltering weather we had! The owners are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It is a blissful haven that we would love to come back to in the future. Absolutely wonderful!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time, the cabin was well equipt with stunning views. The communication with both canopy and the stars and the owners of the cabin were amazing all questions were answered very promptly and checking in with us whilst on our stay. Some beautiful walks and pubs that we explored which was lovely. Overall we had a lovely experience all round.

We had a lovely relaxing few days away at Watsons Cabin. The hosts were brilliant and would always be there to lend a helping hand if needed. The cabin is in a very quiet area which was ideal for us. Lots of walks near by and pubs with great food. Hereford is only a 35 min drive away which again was ideal for us. We hope to return again some day!

We had a wonderful stay at Watsons Cabin - the views across the Wye Valley are incredible, and the cabin itself is extremely well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have asked for to prepare meals, we also had a wonderful Sunday roast at the Old Ferrie Inn nearby. The road up to the cabin is single-car width but we didn't encounter oncoming traffic at any point so wasn't in any way a challenge, in fact the only "traffic" we encountered were several deer standing in the middle of the road! The owners were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a fantastic relaxing stay.

What a fantastic stay at Watson’s cabin! We enjoyed a 4 night stay for our honeymoon where Paula and James made our stay extra special.
They went above and beyond providing information on the area, where to eat, what to do and even decorated our room for our romantic occasion. They heated our hot tub and provided the firewood for the fire pit at a reasonable cheap cost!
We Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to unwind and relax in a gorgeous surroundings!

We had the most fabulous stay at Watson’s Cabin. Paula and James were fantastic hosts, always available when needed. The cabin itself was so much more than we had expected it to be; the views were stunning and the inside was so cosy and modernly decorated throughout. Though the weather was not on our side, we made the most of the relaxing atmosphere and hot tub until we were able to get out and about with some sunshine.
We were celebrating both of our birthdays, James and Paula left a nice touch of writing a message on the blackboard and leaving us a bottle of bubbles. Much appreciated!

So much to do around the cabin even in January, fantastic set up would stay again any day!

Honestly we had the most amazing time here. The Cabin was stunning and had everything we needed and more and the owners went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was made even more special with some extra touches. The views were beautiful, the location outstanding. Having candles to use around the hot tub at night made that even more romantic. The folder in the Cabin covered everything from both inside and the surrounding area. We used the information to take a walk around and visit most of the locations suggested from King Arthur’s Cave, the Biblins Bridge to finding the local pub on our way back to the Cabin. James and Paula were on hand if we needed them and they have genuinely thought of everything. We loved our time here.

We have just returned from a weekend at Watson’s Cabin. The cabin was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nothing more relaxing than sitting in a hot tub looking over the rolling hills and fields. I would say the area was busier than usual due to it being bank holiday, but even so the cabin feels like you are away from it all on your own. The hosts were lovely, greeting us on entrance and then coming over to hear the hot tub each day. They leave you to it but are next door if needed which was nice. Highly recommend Ye Olde Ferrie Boat Inn which is a 10-15 min walk downhill. We loved it so much we went two nights in a row! Would highly recommend this lovely getaway and also enjoyed reconnecting with some 90s board games we hadn’t played since we were kids!

Watsons cabin I'd a dream come true! We had the loveliest time there! It is clean and all of the details are thought of. The view is amazing and there is enough to do in the area if you want to go out and adventure but also perfectly lovely to stay in and just appreciate the view and enjoy the cabin. Everything is so cozy and lovely. The hot tub and firepit were so great too! We really enjoyed them.

Absolutely amazing! The cabin was so cosy, it felt like a home away from home, I took my partner there to propose and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The view was mesmerising! Paula and James were amazing hosts, they made us feel welcome from the minute we got there till the minute we left, always helping with ideas of places to visit and letting us use anything we needed. This is an amazing place to visit for a romantic getaway or with friends for a little reprieve!

We had the most amazing time. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The cabin itself is stunning. Clean, smells amazing, everything is thought of. There is also a little basket of goodies incase you do forget something. Everything you could possibly need is actually there, it’s amazing. It’s warm and cosy but there are extra blankets if you get cold. The views are out of this world also. Easy to find with the instructions and Paula was so helpful. We used the hot tub and fire pit each night of our stay and Paula had it ready for us whenever we needed it. The hot tub is the best one I’ve ever used. The location is perfect, so much in the area to see and do. There is a folder full of info if you need ideas of things to do too. It was my partner’s 40th and Paula had even decorated the cabin!

This was the most peaceful place I've stayed, it was perfect. The cabing was beautiful so charming and lovely and clean with everything you needed. The hot tub was so good we spent both evenings in it looking up at the stars, even when it rained it was perfect. The surrounding area was so idyllic and was just what we needed. I would highly recommend Watsons cabin to anyone wanting a lovely peaceful and relaxing time away with their partner. The owners couldn't be more helpful and made a special gesture for my partners 40th birthday with balloons banners and a bottle of fizz, so kind.

We had an unforgettable stay at this idyllic cabin . I booked this cabin for our first anniversary for a few reasons, great location with incredible views from the top of the hill and the quality of the facilities provided.
The cabin had such a cosy feel about it with lots of thoughtful things in place .
Waking up to those amazing views has been one of our stay’s highlights and certainly the fire pit which felt magical after a day’s of walking and exploring the area.
The mystical and magical Puzzlewood ancient woodland is only 20 minutes away by car which has been yet another highlight for us since it has been on our to visit places list for a while now.
Wonderful experience overall. A perfect weekend getaway.
Thank you Paula and James !!

Had such a lovely stay at Watsons Cabin. The location is ideal to be able to walk from the cabin to local sites and nature trials. Also, to a few surrounding pubs. So couldn’t have been happier.
The cabin itself had everything you could need from a full stocked kitchen to robes to wear out to the hot tub which was a very nice touch.
The host, Paula, was so friendly and only a text away if you needed anything.

Absolutely perfect get away! The cabin it’s self has everything you could need and more, including a box of ‘just incase’ items of all the things you may have forgot to bring. It’s comfy and cosy and perfect for those relaxing evening with a book. The hot tub was the high light though, with breath taking views across wye valley. We turned up to it bubbling away ready for us to jump in after the long drive and spent hours enjoying the views and sounds of the wildlife around. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and happy to help with setting up the hot tub and fire pit. They even left us a little treat for our anniversary, which was such a surprise. They’d decorated the cabin with banners and balloons and had a lovely bottle of Prosecco ready to join us in the hot tub. There was plenty of information provided for day trips and evenings out, we definitely enjoyed the recommendation of the ferrie inn for dinner, spectacular food, a beautiful view and only 10 minute walk from the cabin. Honestly one of the best trips we’ve had and would love to go back tomorrow if we could. Perfect getaway for any couple

Had the pleasure of staying at Watsons Cabin a couple of weeks ago and it was an absolute treat. All the little touches, incredible views and real home comforts. Nothing had been overlooked.

We went to stay at Watson's Cabin for our honeymoon, after we got married and it was absolutely perfect. James had kindly left us a bottle of bubbles and some celebratory decorations, which was a lovely surprise. The cabin was absolutely perfect and the views over the Wye valley were amazing. We also loved that we could easily go on walks straight from the cabin, as well as being able to walk to a lovely local pub on the banks of th Wye. The cabin was warm, welcoming and a good size, with a fully equipped kitchen and enough space to relax inside too, when it got a bit colder. Beautiful bathroom and comfy bed and an absolute treat to have the hot tub and fire pit outside with the stunning view over the Wye. It was all perfect!

The stay was wonderful. The cabin was incredibly warm and cosy, but also had great tech, such as a smart tv with Netflix, to watch films etc. the cabin was stocked up with all essentials and even things that would be so easy to forget, such as milk and sanitary products. The hot tub has immense views over the Wye valley and the entire outside space is incredibly well kept and fresh. The bedroom was perfectly sized for 2. Furthermore, the kitchen, whilst small was supplied with every utensil and gadget to make cooking a dream. The owners Paula and James were also always just a text away if any extra supplies were needed. I would just say that the cabin is quite remote by foot, so do arrive with essentials as walking to the nearest shop is not a simple task, but in doing so the views are spectacular. I couldn’t recommend the space enough.

The directions to the cabin were great and the accomodation was wonderful. I loved the little extras, for example emergency toothpaste, shower gel, sanitary products etc - A really nice touch. The owners welcomed us but left us to it for the rest of our stay. It was the perfect getaway.

We loved every second of our stay in Watsons Cabin! The owners James & Paula contacted us a few days before to organise wood for the hot tub which was perfectly warmed when we arrived despite Storm of all storms!
James popped over when we arrived and explained a few bits from the cabin. He was informative and very friendly.
The cabin itself is small but perfectly formed! It has everything you need and more - the owners have been very clever to fit all essentials in so well. The location is what sets this cabin apart from everything else. Stunning panoramic views across the Wye Valley/River Wye and just a short walk to the Ferrie Inn which we had the most delicious roast! Don't think twice about booking this perfect spot, we woke up every morning to birds chirping and nothing else.

Had such a relaxing couple of nights here, the cabin is stunning. It is so cozy and has everything you could need. We stayed for my birthday and had a bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived. James and Paula have thought of every little detail and were so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this enough! Relaxing in the hot tub after a super long walk was absolute bliss!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous cabin with views to die for and a perfect hot tub overlooking the valley. Paula and James were the perfect balance of helpful but not intrusive and we couldn’t have felt any more welcome.
Lots of lovely little touches including birthday decorations, prosecco, sweet jar. Particularly appreciated the ‘just-in-case’ box full of spare toiletries.

Watson’s cabin was an absolute gem. Stunning views Over the Wye valley , Immaculately clean and the hot tub was an absolute treat. The attention to detail was brilliant - it was well equipped and for a small space the owners had thought of every possible convenience and made good use of the spaces .

The cabin is absolutely lovely in a beautiful location. Total comfort and relaxation. We made sure to bring all the food we would need as we didn't want to get back in the car while we were there, and we just went on walks, popped into local pubs, read books and of course, made use of the hot tub. Exactly what we needed and felt totally rejuvenated.
James was really helpful and accommodating for our stay.

our stay at watsons cabin was absolutely phenomenal, we didn't want to leave!
the first thing you notice are the breathtaking views from the cabin and the peace they bring.
james popped by shortly after we arrived to say hello and to give up some hints and tips to help along with our stay.
the hot tub was warmed for our arrival meaning it wasn't long before we could really drink in the views (along with the bottle of prosecco james and paula left for us) from the warmth of the bubbles!
james recommended a walk to yat rock which we did, it was long but well worth it!
we booked a table at ye old ferrie inn for a meal our second night which we would highly recommend, it sits right on the edge of the river and its beautifully quaint inside. the food was also 10/10.
the cabin itself is decorated so uniquely and it really does feel like home from home. there are so many little touches that james and paula add to really make your stay, we particularly enjoyed the sweet jar and cookies!
do not hesitate to book watsons cabin, there are so may things you can do in the surrounding areas or just lounge in the cabin if that's what you prefer.
10/10 stay, we will definitely be back.

We had the most amazing time at Watsons cabin. It really is a magical place and situated within the hills overlooking all sorts of natural beauty. The hot tub is fantastic and you can see the most beautiful views. Paula and James have decorated the place beautifully, it is like a home from home. Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. Thank you for a lovely stay. Megan and Simon

we had an amazing wknd, Paul and James were brilliant. They have thought of everything in the cabin. It was so cosy. They had Christmas decorations and lights up which were lovely. They were so helpful with the hot tub and even provided some bread which we forgot. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and more, they even left us some biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco. Would definitely recommend it.

We had the most special time at Watson’s Cabin for our wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bottle of fizz, balloons and a really warm and toasty cabin, and the hot tub was ready for us when we got there as pre organised by the owners James and Paula. The photos do not do the cabin justice, it’s even more amazing in real life! We felt really at home here, it was so peaceful and the views were fab. We did a 4 hour walk on our second day and it was lovely to come back in the afternoon and have a hot chocolate around the fire pit and then jumping into the hot tub afterwards. There was a lovely pub 10 min walk down the hill and we ate there twice. Our only regret was not booking a third night. Thank you James and Paula, we shall be back!

What a beautifully thought out, comfortable and well kept cabin in a stunning location. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The cabin contained everything we needed for a relaxing short break.
During the day time we enjoyed the views from the cabin, walking locally following the routes suggested by the owners through the forest to the caves and back along the river and by night we relaxed in the hot tub, read and watched tv.
The town of Monmouth and Ross on Wye are close by and we’d highly recommend the Forest of Dean sculpture trail too.

Our stay at Watsons Cabin was amazing! The location is breathtaking and the cabin is very beautiful, tastefully done and has everything you need! The owners’ attention to details is unbelievable and the whole place is like out of a fairytale. We cannot wait to come back in the summer❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Watsons Cabin. Set in beautifully relaxing and picturesque surroundings, our every whim catered to and the hosts have thought of everything when preparing the cosy accommodation.
We made the most of the incredible hot tub, and loved how our hosts left board games, books and some kitchen essentials to ensure we had a great trip.
We wouldn't hesitate in booking another trip here in the future, or recommending it to friends and family members.

We had a lovely time at Watsons Cabin it was clean and smart throughout and everything had been thought about down to the tiniest details. Nothing was to much hassle for the owners who went above and beyond to provide us with the most relaxing stay possible. The facilities were amazing with the option to preheat the hot tub which we chose to do. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you would need including herbs and spices as well as seasonings which i feel you quite often forget when travelling. We were able to cook some really tasty meals with the equipment provided to then enjoy from the outside seating area to overlook the beautiful view. We had the most amazing relaxing experience and can’t believe how much we really enjoyed it! We were sceptical being a younger couple that there would be enough to do however there was information left by the owners on walks/hikes nearby. But overall we found the cabin was so beautiful and peaceful we really didn’t want to venture to far. The radiator was broken in the bedroom but the owners had provided a short letter to explain this and had provided a plug in heater which worked brilliantly and we were toasty warm!

It was our first visit to Symonds Yat and we absolutely loved it. The owners James and Paula were very welcoming and kept in touch with us during our journey as we had a 5 hour drive. On our arrival there was a birthday banner for my partner along with a bottle of Prosecco. They had also provided us with milk, bottles of water, sweets and a few other nice touches. The scenery around Watsons cabin is beautiful, if you like walking it’s the perfect place. The cabin was spotless and overall we had a wonderful time.

Incredible. Just what we needed - a luxury escape from reality. We had an incredible stay at Watsons Cabin. James and Paula have a really great private space that we were able to enjoy so much.
The cabin has everything that you need to really switch off and relax for a few days and you get a real sense that they have considered so many things to ensure guests can arrive and enjoy their stay. Really appreciated the efforts around the bottle of prosecco and balloons for my partners birthday.
The hot tub was a personal favourite and a great way to unwind each day after hiking around the area or returning from an all day canoe. The view is great and we were able to enjoy them with a few drinks while relaxing from the hot tube.
Probably my best stay within the UK and one I hope we can return to and enjoy again.

We stayed at Watsons cabin for a 3 day short break in June, it was spotlessly clean and the thought put into the facilities, decor and extra touches was extremely high. We were also very lucky with the weather during our stay, so we were able to make the most of the hot tub and fire pit. We did venture out on a couple of walks locally along the river and king Arthur’s cave but it was really hard to tear ourselves away from the view.

We had the most wonderful stay at Watsons Cabin! James and Paula really have thought of everything, from the little box of 'just incase toiletries' to the lovely bottle of prosecco and birthday banner and balloons left by them to celebrate my partners birthday. The cabin itself is lovely, all finished beautifully and spotlessly clean. The view is amazing, the photos definitely don't do it justice! We loved just chilling on the deck or in the hot tub. The whole of Symonds Yat is great too, we had a lovely meal at Ye Old Ferrie Inn, (would highly recommend!) and had so much fun exploring the area including a rather steep walk to King Arthurs Cave! Honestly, I can't recommend Watsons Cabin more highly. We loved it. Thank you James and Paula!

Watsons Cabin was brilliant. It was exactly what we needed! James and Paula had thought about a lot. Including a washing machine which was handy when the weather had been terrible and muddy clothes were inevitable.
There were thoughtful little things too, including a picnic basket, a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a just in case basket.
We wanted to get a take away for one of the nights, James gladly recommended a couple of places and was quick to call me to discuss.
The hot tub was great, easy to use, it was big enough for 2 people to stretch out in, take in the view and relax in the bubbles.
We would 100% recommend Watsons cabin.

This cabin was the absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon! The views were incredible, everything inside was to a very high standard, and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, both before and during our stay. We found lovely places in the area to go exploring, and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub watching the sun come down. I really cannot recommend Watsons Cabin enough.

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was amazing and had everything you could need. The photos we saw before we arrived were lovely but being there in person was so much better. The views were amazing & sitting in the hot tub overlooking the view was even better. The hosts had made it so lovely with little touches like fresh flowers & thick fluffy towels. We’ll definitely be going back.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish, the cabin was done to such a high standard and they had really thought about every little detail. Arriving to a bottle of Prosecco and tea coffee biscuits was such a surprise. The hot tub and views were unbeatable. It was so nice to have some quiet peaceful time away, looking at the stars on an evening. we want to return already! Thank you so much for our amazing stay.

Our stay was absolutely magical. There isn't a single thing we could fault about Watsons Cabin and the thought that had gone into it, right down to Christmas lights and a cupboard full of toiletries for 'just in case' moments. This was my first experience of a wood fired hot tub, and although you have to plan your dips in advance to ensure its heated up, it is so worth waiting for to relax in whilst staring out across the fields. We were extremely lucky with the weather so were able to explore the surrounding area. We intended to kayak on the Wye but being complete amateurs decided to stick to land after getting a good glimpse at the white water areas not too far from the cabin! The internals of the cabin were lovely, well thought out and extremely cosy for a winter stay. Plus, comfiest bed I've ever stayed in! James and Paula were excellent hosts; thinking of the tiny details like decorating with balloons for our anniversary and leaving prosecco and a card! We were very appreciative of that. Staying at Watsons cabin really fulfilled all expectations and I would definitely like to return in the warmer months.

We had a lovely stay at Watsons Cabin. The hosts had thought of everything and even had set up decorations for our special occasion as well as Christmas decorations. The house had everything we needed and immediately gave us that cosy home like feeling.
The location was good, although we would’ve liked to be more secluded, I was under the impression that there wasn’t going to be many neighbours around. Despite that, it was very quiet and calm. The surrounding area is something that we absolutely loved- I would recommend the Wye Valley to all my closest friends to go and visit, as we were absolutely mesmerised with the beauty that was around us. We did a few long walks and hikes and absolutely enjoyed every single second of them. After a long day of walking, the hot tub at Watsons Cabin was the perfect way to end the day.

Given the circumstances with covid and having been locked down for most of the year we couldn’t have Been more excited for this mini break and we were not disappointed! The location is stunning and the facilities great.
I don’t think you can beat looking at the stars in a wood fired hot tub drinking bubbles! The hosts were very helpful, this was a great mini break we would definitely visit again.

What a fantastic place to stay! We loved the cabin from the moment we arrived, and we pulled up on a dark, rainy and wet evening after a 5 hour drive! Paula and James had left us some lovely touches to help us celebrate our time away and had left the property and outside area sparkling clean. The cabin is very picturesque, fantastic views, great space and enough home comforts to keep you entertained but also on the doorstep to the great outdoors so you can simply go as you feel throughout your day. As we enjoyed our holiday here just before the impending England lockdown, we tried to make as much use of our time as possible. We enjoyed the local walks, the local pubs (make sure to go to Ye Olde Ferrie Inn) and certainly enjoyed the hot tub! Thank you Paula and James.

We had the most perfect two nights away. The cabin was perfect, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was gorgeously decorated and so cosy. The views were outstanding and it was so perfectly quiet. The wood fired hot tub and the fire pit, were such a lovely outside space. Going from the hot tub to having an open fire was lovely. Despite the intermittent rain, nothing could ruin this couple of days. I am in such a hurry to book this place again, and I can’t wait to come back. There is nothing negative about this lovely place.

It was brilliant. James and Paula had thought of everything and the place was spotless. Could not recommend it highly enough - and we will definitely be back! They were friendly and welcoming and judged the level of contact just right: informative and friendly without being intrusive. They are obviously a very thoughtful, lovely couple. The cabin itself is wonderful, we were blown away. We had such a wonderful long weekend, and cannot rate the experience highly enough.

We have just arrived back from Watsons Cabin. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Stunning views, welcoming and friendly owners, cosy cabin and a wood fired hot tub with lights and bubbles, what more can you want? A pub I hear you say? Well you're in luck theres lots of pubs in walking distance! Highly recommend Ye old ferrie inn served lovely food. We saw a family of deer on the way to the cabin, it was so nice to just sit , chill and relax.

Amazing location overlooking the River Wye, where one can sit in the garden or the hot tub and look out to the valley. Sparkling clean, lovely, warm and cosy cabin with great amenities. James & Paula were very helpful in answering any of our questions.

We stayed here for a weekend break away from our busy day to day lives. Honesty this place is incredible, the pretty little touches just makes it all the more cosy. Hot tub was ready for us and was the perfect temperature. We were so lucky that we had good weather as it's hit and miss in September. The owners are so welcoming and provided us with literally every thing including biscuits and a "just in case" box! So handy and sweet! Lovely fire pit with scenic views. It exceeded more than what we expected. This place definitely ticks all the boxes if you're looking for a break away. Thank you James and Paula :)

We came from a week camping in the Lake District looking for time to relax and unwind and this is exactly what we got! Watson's Cabin is the perfect get-away from the hum-drum of everyday life and has everything you could possibly want from a space. We spent our evenings either in the hot tub or snuggled up around the camp fire looking out over the beautiful view or above at the stars. The River Wye is just down the hill so you can canoe and walk to your hearts content, but we always couldn't wait to get back to the cabin and enjoy the peace and quiet. James & Paula really have thought of everything to make you comfortable and at ease - we really didn't want to leave!

The cabin was absolutely perfect and even better than the pictures. It included everything you could need and more, the hosts were so helpful and friendly - they also left me a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday! The whole few days were perfect and the area was so beautiful.

We had a wonderful two nights at Watson’s cabin and immediately wished we had booked for longer! Wonderful, thoughtful touches like balloons and fizz for our anniversary, Thank you! The place is beautifully fitted out and immaculately clean. The view was sensational. We could have spent two days just in the cabin but the surrounding area also has a lot to offer, of course. Paula and James were incredibly helpful but the cabin, deck and hot tub were all completely private. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived at the Cabin we felt relaxed. The Location is fantastic with beautiful views across the river and the cabin is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. We had the most delightful stay at the wonderful Watson's Cabin in the summer 2020. We were looking for a peaceful and secluded spot where we could stay in a stylish country cabin with a luxury feel. This is exactly what we got. It was so easy to book and we received fantastic communication from our hosts who were so welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you would need and there were lovely extra little touches throughout the cabin such as the sweetie jar and biscuits and the 'just in case' toiletries box was greatly appreciated. The cabin is super cosy and we loved the hot tub and fire pit where we could relax and look over the stunning views of the Herefordshire countryside. We couldn't have asked for more and we were sad to say goodbye to the gorgeous cabin at the end of our two night stay. We have recommended the cabin to our family and friends and we would definitely book to stay there again.
Thank you once again

Watson's Cabin is a most delightful place, set on a hill surrounded by trees, fauna and flora. It's a blend of the modern (inside the cabin, decked area and hot tub) and the natural beauty of the countryside.
The directions sent through were easy to follow. We were lucky enough to be greeted on the winding lane by two beautiful deer, out for an afternoon snack. We found the parking spot, followed the path up a little slope, opened the gate, walked round the corner, then 'wow' - the cabin and location instantly grabbed you.
Inside every little detail has been thought through, an excellent use of space to give a much bigger feel. We can not think of anything they had missed. The Hot Tub was ready for our arrival (small charge), which meant more time for relaxing. Sitting by the fire pit overlooking the valley as the sun went down was a real treat.
Got up early, made coffee, walked down the steps to watch the sunrise over the hill, it was well worth the effort, remember to take your camera! You won't be alone the birds, squirrels and a few other creatures can be heard foraging around, making the moment even more special.
A superb place to take time out.

Wow! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were blown away. My partner booked a trip for my birthday & honestly, hands down, it was the most romantic getaway we have ever had (We've been to Paris a few times). James & Paula were the most wonderful hosts. If there was an issue or we had a question, they were always there to help. They have done such a fantastic job on the cabin and got it perfect down to every single detail. From the hot tub over looking acres of wonderful scenery, to the cosy fire pit, even down to toiletries you may have forgotten .... EVERYTHING was created with such thought and attention to detail. Within 5 minutes of us being there, we had booked another stay in Feb!! Thanks so much guys for the most beautiful, romantic stay and we will see you in Feb 2021

We loved our stay at Watsons Cabin! Owners Paula and James have clearly thought of everything you may need on a weekend break and the cabin is well equipped. Highly recommend enjoying a soak in the hot tub and then sitting around the fire pit toasting marshmallows, all whilst enjoying the incredible view!

What a beautiful place, we were blown away with the whole experience, James and Paula had thought of everything and created such a wonderful living space with breaktaking views from the balcony and hot tub. The local area has so much to offer and the cabin was the perfect place to return to after a day of adventure

We had a brilliant time at Watson's Cabin. The views were beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The hot tub can get super hot, but we loved it. Lots of cooking equipment and nice touches like biscuits, board games etc Very quiet and enjoyed seeing the stars.

Watson’s cabin was an absolute gem. Stunning views Over the Wye valley , Immaculately clean and the hot tub was an absolute treat.

Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience, and even surprised use with a bottle of prosecco as we were celebrating our birthdays. The combination of breathtaking views with a bubbling hot tub was simply incredible. Couldn't recommend enough.

Had an amazing time staying at Watsons Cabin last weekend. The place was very clean and cosy. The owners are lovely and answered any questions we had! The view was stunning and despite the weather we still had the best time. We would definitely go back! 10/10!

WOW! The stay at Watsons cabin was just WOW! The little details that were put into it, were just amazing. Couldn’t fault any part of our stay! It had such a lovely homely feel to the cabin, I wish we stayed longer. Absolutely fantastic, really every little detail was thought of.

Watsons Cabin was a brilliant weekend away. James and Paula have done everything possible with the space and made it in to the perfect get away. They couldn’t be more helpful upon arrival.

The hosts had left some lovely little touches and we arranged for the hot tub to be up and running for our arrival. Bliss.

What a beautiful place, we were blown away with the whole experience, James and Paula had thought of everything and created such a wonderful living space with breaktaking views from the balcony and hot tub. The local area has so much to offer and the cabin was the perfect place to return to after a day of adventure
Book with us in confidence knowing you won’t find that place cheaper elsewhere. All of the prices we display are set and matched by our Owners. (In this world of foreign currency, we do have to say 'subject to exchange rates' for some of our European places.)
What does ‘from price’ mean?
Our ‘from price’ is based on a four night stay in low season and designed to help you to compare different prices across our collection. Some of our Owners vary their nightly rates and check in days throughout the year, so it may differ from the rate quoted below the calendar. It is quite common (although by no means universal) for places to charge a little more in peak season or for shorter stays, to cover changeover costs. Consider booking longer stays during the cooler months if you’re looking for the lowest nightly rates.

We automatically take the balance payment using the same card as used to make the deposit payment. It is your responsibility to advise us if we should use a different card and to contact us by telephone (0117 204 7830) to arrange for alternative payment method. If the automated balance payment does not successfully go through as there is a problem with your card, such as it is expiring, then we will contact you to try and take alternative payment. If you do not make any payment due to Canopy & Stars by the due date for payment and at the latest within 5 days of this date, then with regret, we will notify the Owner who will cancel your Booking and terminate their contract with you. In these circumstances, your rights to a refund are set out in clause 2.3 and 2.4 below. Please note that if you have paid in a currency that is different to the original pricing, we will not be able to guarantee the same conversion rate that was used to convert the deposit payment.
1.4 Except where otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the Owner concerned, all monies you pay to us for a Booking will be held on behalf of the Owner(s) concerned.
1.5 Credit Card payments are processed via Elavon who provide merchants services facilities to Sawday’s Canopy & Stars Ltd.
2. Cancellation by You
2.1 If you have to, or want to cancel or amend your Booking, this request must be sent to us by email (bookings@canopyandstars.co.uk) and will be considered and responded to within two working days of receipt. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your Booking prior to travel. Whilst we will always try to help, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.
2.2 Cancellation by you at any time will result in your 25% deposit being forfeited. The deposit is always non-refundable as it covers costs incurred and services provided to enable your Booking.
2.3 All bookings are non-amendable and non-refundable within 10 weeks of your check in date. If you need to cancel your booking within 10 weeks, the total cost of the accommodation including the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation should always be in writing to bookings@canopyandstars.co.uk.
2.4 If you need to cancel your booking at a date 10 weeks or more in advance of your check in date, the 25% deposit will be forfeited. If the booking has been paid in full the balance will be returned to you, minus the 25% deposit. Refunds will be issued in the same form and ratio as the original payment was made. Therefore, if a Gift Voucher was used to book your stay, the refund will be back onto a new Gift Voucher at the same amount as originally used. Alternatively, if you paid in cash, your refund will be processed in the currency of the booking. Where this is different to the currency of the payment card, this will be converted at the current exchange rate on the day of the refund.
2.5 Cancellations made by you, at any time, may incur a £50 administration fee in addition to us retaining the non-refundable deposit. This represents the administration costs incurred by us on behalf of the Owner to deal with such requests.
2.6 If extreme weather prevents you from reaching your holiday, taking, or finishing your holiday, you are still subject to these cancellation terms as outlined in clause 2.3 above. We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy which covers this eventuality. In the event of the property becoming unavailable (such as due to fire or flooding), Canopy & Stars will endeavour to provide the Guest with suitable alternative accommodation, starting with any other accommodation that may be available with the same Owner of your Booking, or will refund all monies paid, or a proportion in the case of curtailment. The Agency cannot, however, pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of such an event.
2.7 Cancellation insurance is available to purchase from many providers, but will be a third-party arrangement and not involve Canopy & Stars or the Owner in any way. You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party for UK holidays and you must take out personal travel insurance for international holidays, including for illness and cancellation due to Covid-19. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover is adequate for your needs, including cancellation and curtailment.
2.8 If you fail to check-in on your date of arrival your Booking will be cancelled and no refund will be due.
3. Amendments to your booking, requested by you
3.1 Amendments to your Booking can only be made more than 10 weeks prior to the check in date, after which time amendments may be treated as cancellation and our refund policy as detailed in clause 2.3 above may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and may incur a £50 admin fee detailed in clause 2.5 above.
3.2 If we can fulfil your request to amend your booking, any differences in price as a result of the amendment, will be paid by you in the case of an increase and refunded to you in the case of a decrease in price, e.g. amending your booking from low season to high season.
3.3 In the event that a date swap is offered, this will normally be agreed with a set timeframe to rebook and sometimes a credit against a future stay will be offered. The credit can only apply to a stay at the same space as originally booked.
3.3.1 If a date swap is offered, then the Agency Booking Terms and Conditions applied at the time of your original booking will still apply. Therefore, if your date was swapped within 10 weeks of the original check in date, the 10 week cancellation policy set out in clause 2.3 applies to your new stay, even if the new check in date is beyond 10 weeks.
4. Refunds
If a refund is issued it will be in the same form and ratio as the original payment was made. Therefore, if a Gift Voucher was used to purchase the original stay, the refund will be back onto a new Gift Voucher at the same amount as originally used.
5. Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party for your holiday, including holidays in the UK. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover is adequate for your needs, including cancellation and curtailment for any reason. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday.
6. Changes and Cancellations by the Owner
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the Owner needs to make a significant change to your confirmed Booking or to cancel your Booking. We will also liaise between you and the Owner to try and organise an alternative Booking offered by the Owner, or a refund but we will have no further liability to you.
7. Cancellations due to events outside of Owner’s control
An Owner may have to cancel a booking due to events outside of their reasonable control (see clause 22). In such circumstances, we will liaise between you and the Owner to try and organise an any alternative Booking offered by the Owner, or a refund but we will have no further liability to you.
8. Complaints & Procedure
We always aim to provide the best possible holiday experience, however, if you have any complaint or problems during your stay, please immediately notify the Owner during the stay itself, so that the Owner has the opportunity to resolve the problem at the time. If you do not follow this procedure, there will be less opportunity for the Owner to investigate and resolve your complaint and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Delays may also mean that the amount of compensation you may be entitled to, may be reduced or negated.
Whether or not your complaint is dealt with satisfactorily, please also let us know of the problem as soon as possible by emailing info@canopyandstars.co.uk. We will aim to respond within 1 working day to acknowledge your email. We will then review your feedback and investigate the complaint. This may involve discussing your concerns with the owner, revising the website listing for inaccuracies, and reviewing previous guest feedback and internal inspection notes. This process can take time to complete, so please allow approx. 7 working days for a final response.
We also welcome you to fill in our feedback survey which will be sent to you via email the day after you check out. It is important for us to gather as much information as possible about the experiences our guests are having. This is what helps us support our Owner in fulfilling their potential and identifying if anything could be improved.
9. Our Responsibility for your Booking
Your contract is with the Owner and its booking conditions apply. As Agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the Booking. Our responsibilities are limited to making the Booking in accordance with your instructions and acting properly in accordance with our legal duties as an Agent. We accept no responsibility for any information about the Booking that we pass on to you in good faith. However, in the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of your Booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the Booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
10. Your Responsibilities
10.1 Please note that you have a contract with the Owner of the property. As such you are under a responsibility to behave in a proper, appropriate and legal manner whilst staying at the property with due respect to the Owner, the Property and other guests and their Property.
10.2 You are responsible for informing the Owner of any losses or damage to the property as soon as possible. Please note that you will be liable to pay the Owner for any losses or damage to the property caused by you or a member of your party (except reasonable wear and tear). Some Owners may also require a damage deposit. If so, this information will be provided on the website place page under ‘essentials’.
10.3 You must also leave the property by the check-out time specified on your Booking. If any guest behaves inappropriately or improperly (of which the Owner will be the final judge on their Property), or illegally, the Owner reserves the right to ask the guest and their party (at their discretion) to leave the Property before the end of the holiday period and/or refuse any future bookings from you. Please note that this would be without the right to any refund.
11. Pets
11.1 Not all properties accept pets. If you wish to take your pet on holiday, please advise us before booking and we can check whether pets are accepted at the property. You must obtain the prior consent of the Owner before taking any pets to the property. If you take a pet to a place that doesn’t allow pets, or you exceed the number of pets allowed at a place, the Owner has the right to refuse you to stay at the Property, and/or they may ask you to leave the Property before the end of the holiday period. Please note that this would be without the right to any refund.
11.2 A nightly charge may be made by the Owner for each pet and additional terms may apply, you will be notified of this at point of Booking. Please check these terms carefully before booking and arriving.
11.3 Please do not leave your pets alone or unsupervised in the property at any time during your stay. For the safety and comfort of your pet we request that Owners exercise due diligence at all times, especially where the property is located near a road/livestock. Canopy & Stars nor the Owner can accept responsibility for the safety of your pet.
11.4 If any guest has an allergy to pets, please be aware that Owners (and we) cannot guarantee that a pet has not stayed in a particular Property. We and Owners cannot accept responsibility for any suffering which may occur as a result of such animals having been present in a property.
11.5 We ask that all owners of pets keep their pet under control at all times and to be responsible for ensuring that they do not damage the Property, livestock or vegetation during the stay. You will be liable for any damage caused by your pet. Any damage is to be reported to the Owner immediately. Any additional cleaning required, that may incur an additional charge, will be at the Owner's discretion.
12. Special requests
If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements, allergy, cots or room location), please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the Owner, but unfortunately, we can't guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
13. Maximum Numbers
Please note that except by prior arrangement confirmed in writing, only the number of persons specified on a booking confirmation may occupy a property. Most owners reserve the right to refuse admittance or revoke a Booking if this condition is not observed and you are unlikely to receive any refund.
13.1 The Owner reserves the right to sue the guest for any loss, damage or injury caused to the Owner, the Property or to other guests and/or their property. As Agent, we will have no liability to you in these circumstances.
13.2 The Owner only supplies the Property for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Property for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and the Owner has no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. If you do wish to use the Property for a commercial purpose, you must contact Canopy & Stars prior to confirming your booking.
14. Group Bookings
Not all Owners accept Bookings for a single sex group (for example, a stag or hen party). Guests wanting to make such a Booking should check with us beforehand to enable us to check whether the Owner is prepared to accept the Booking. We will then advise you accordingly. In event that an Owner does not accept this type of Booking then it is with regret, that the Booking may be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply. It is the Guest’s responsibility to enquire with Canopy & Stars and/or check on our website beforehand to make sure that this type of Booking is permitted.
15. Pricing
15.1 Canopy & Stars reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time on behalf of the Owner. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur.
15.2 Rates are set per place in the currency specified by the Owner. Where this has been converted into the currency of your preference, until the payment stage this will be an estimation only, based on a recent exchange rate. The original rate will be displayed before you confirm your payment and you will be given the option of paying in your own currency at our guaranteed rate, or paying in your own currency and leaving the conversion and any associated fees to your card provider.
16. Information & Accuracy
The information and prices shown on this website are varied from time to time and may change between the time you first view a property and make a Booking. You should check that all the details are as you expect prior to making a Booking. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the properties (including the features and extras available) may be incorrectly described and/or priced. If we discover this is the case after you have made a Booking, we reserve the right to contact you with details of the correct information and/or pricing and will give you the option to:
(1) proceed with the Booking based on the correct information and/or pricing, which may require the payment of an additional amount by you
OR
(2) subject to availability, change your booking dates to dates when the pricing can be honoured and so no additional charge to you. In the event that a lower price can be offered for alternative dates then the difference would be refunded
OR
(3) cancel the Booking. If we do not receive your instructions within 5 days of contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking without liability to you.
17. VAT
Many of the Owners of properties in the Canopy & Stars portfolio are not registered for VAT in which case no tax is payable. Where VAT is payable, the tax is included in the advertised holiday rental price. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Booking and the date of the stay, Canopy & Stars may adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Booking in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
18. Visa, passport and health requirements
Unless you tell us otherwise, we assume that all members of your party are British citizens who hold or will hold full British passports valid for the entire duration of the international Booking. Information on visa, passport and health requirements, where given and applicable, is so given on this basis. Requirements may change and you are therefore strongly recommended to check the up to date position with the Owner of the Booking, Passport Office, appropriate embassy or consulate or your doctor as applicable in good time before the commencement of your holiday. Prior to international travel it is your responsibility to check whether it is safe to travel by visiting the FCO website www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions have been drafted in accordance with and are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any and all disputes arising out of these Agency Terms & Conditions.
20. Discrepancies
In case of a discrepancy between these Agency Terms & Conditions and any other Canopy & Stars literature, these Agency Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
21. Validity clause
In the event that a court finds that a condition in these Agency Terms & Conditions is illegal or void, the illegal or void provision will be severed from the remainder of the Agency Terms & Conditions, which will continue to be valid and have full force and effect.
22. Events beyond an Owner or Agency’s control
If an Owner or Canopy & Stars is prevented or delayed from complying with any of their respective obligations under these Agency Terms & Conditions or a contract for a Booking due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, the inability or delay in performing those obligations will not be treated as a breach of these Agency Terms & Conditions or a contract for a Booking. Examples of such events or circumstances include fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, trade disputes, lock outs, restrictions of imports or exports, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, pandemic (including Covid-19), any national/local/regional government restrictions.
