- Check in is from 3pm
- Check out is before 11am
- The cabin has 240v power and lots of plug points but the whole farm is off-grid (using lots of solar and a generator to help in winter), so please try to use as little power as possible
- Good mobile phone signal including 4G
- Wood burning stove with hot plate top. Dresser and running water
- Two sets of crockery and cutlery
- All kitchen utensils provided

- Communal outdoor kitchen with BBQs (including a new large drum charcoal BBQ!), 3 ring gas burner, hot and cold water, trestle table and more cooking utensils

- Wood burning stove with matches, fire lighters and sustainably produced wood pellets and logs. Extra wood available for purchase.
- Solar recharged, battery-powered electric lighting in the hut and vintage style rechargeable LED lanterns to provide extra light and for walking around the site.
- All bed linen and towels provided
- The huts are off-grid but there are plenty of plug sockets in the communal area in the barn
- Books (fiction and wildlife) and board games

- Sketch pad to capture your view of the wildlife

- Binoculars for bird watching in bed or to take on walks
- A high-powered telescope for serious bird watching can be hired for £15 per day.
