Glamping information

• Check-in is 3 pm
• Check-out is by 10 am
• No smoking in the tent cabins please!
• £10 per night charge for an extra (fifth) adult or child in the cabin
• Swallowtail Hill is a vehicle free site. Guests park in the barnyard and are transported to their accommodation by the owners in a farm buggy, and are collected on their day of departure too
• The Cabins are a five minute walk from the barnyard where guests park their cars
• There is an electric vehicle charging point at Swallowtail Hill, which is 25p per kwh to use
• Please note: the Swallowtail Hill site can get fairly muddy during wet weather, so it is important to bring sensible footwear such as wellies or walking boots

Security Deposit:
Swallowtail Hill asks guests for a security deposit to cover the cost of any damage or breakages you may incur during your stay. They will call you for your card details the day before your break so they can place a 'hold' of £50 on your card. This amount will be held but not taken until after your stay when it will be released minus the cost of any damage or breakages within seven days of your departure.

Once you've booked you'll be issued with a QR code to download the digital guide to Swallowtail Hill which will tell you everything you need to know about your stay including menus for pre ordering food.
