1. The competition will run from 11 April to 28 April 2016.
2. To enter the competition, entrants must submit a photograph, blog post or 15 second video demonstrating why the entrant loves the outdoors.
3. Entries can be submitted via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or via the entry form found on http://www.canopyandstars.co.uk/canopy-stars-collective/collective-competition
4. Valid entries must include the phrase ‘Take me outdoors with #CSCollective’ and tag @canopyandstars
5. The prize includes:
a. membership of the 2016 Canopy & Stars Collective from 18 May to 31 December 2016
b. attendance at the Canopy & Stars Collective annual meet-up on 18 May 2016 at Knepp Wildland Safaris
c. Permission to display the 2016 Canopy & Stars Collective badge on blog and social media pages
d. inclusion in further Canopy & Stars Collective activity (TBC) until 31 December 2016
6. After 28 April 2016, a panel of judges including representatives from Canopy & Stars and the Canopy & Stars Collective will choose one winning entry from all competition entries. Full details of the judging process and the Judges are available on request to info@canopyandstars.co.uk
7. The competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
8. Photographs, videos and writing must belong to the entrant and not infringe any copyright. Entrants can share as many photos, videos or blog posts they like.
9. Entry is exclusively via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or via the entry form following the instructions on the website.
10. The winner will be notified by a member of the Sawday’s Canopy & Stars team by phone or e-mail on or before 1 May 2016. If winner does not respond within two days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and Sawday’s Canopy & Stars shall be entitled to select another winner
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.canopyandstars.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
12. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.
13. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
14. By entering this competition, entrants agree that Canopy & Stars may: (i) showcase their photos on Canopy & Stars website and any other media in connection with the competition and use their names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical information (as it appears on Twitter) and Tweets for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation
15. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
16. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion
