Feedback about your stay?

If you have a problem during your stay, here's how to raise an issue. After you've stayed, you should receive an invitation to fill out our feedback survey, but you can also email or call us on 0117 204 7830 to discuss anything. We pick our places very carefully, so if there's something that you loved or that you were unhappy with, we'd like, in fact we need, to know. We deal with complaints honestly and fairly, talking to both you and the owners to get a full picture. You should always talk to your host at the time, as many issues can be resolved on the spot. Where you feel a stay failed to live up to expectations, we'll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
