The UK government are advising that you are currently able to travel and stay in holiday accommodation around the UK. The government are advising that UK residents should not travel to Spain and any guests already in Spain should quarantine for 14 days on return home. You are able to travel to all of our other international accommodation without having to quarantine with the exception of Portugal and Sweden. Our absolute priority is the health of our guests, owners and society as a whole and it is important that we all work together to keep everyone safe and well.

Can I book a Canopy & Stars holiday?

Yes, you are able to travel around and stay in holiday accommodation around the UK. We recommend you book your 2020 holiday soon as we are experiencing a high volume of UK bookings. You will now not be able to travel to any of our Spanish places and those travelling to Portugal and Sweden will be required to quarantine on return home. Can I still go on my holiday?

If your booking is for a stay in the UK or any of our European destinations other than Spain. FCO travel advice is that UK residents should now not travel to Spain. Guests travelling to Sweden will need to quarantine on return home from their holiday.

Can I change the date of my trip? 

The government have advised that all UK and international travel to Europe is allowed with the exception of Spain therefore a date change won't be possible. If you are due to stay in Spain we recommend you get in touch with our Guest Experience team via and we can advise on the options available regarding your booking. 

Should I buy travel insurance?

Yes, we always recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance. We recommend you take out a policy which covers you in the event of cancellation and has good medical coverage for international trips. Your coverage in the event of coronavirus-related issues will depend on your insurer. Please contact them if you have questions.
