Essentials
The important stuff
- Check-in: 3–4 pm
- Check-out: 10am (with flexibility if there are no guests checking in on the following day)
- Prices shown are for up to 4 (2 adults and 2 children) – bedding is provided for the double bed; roll-out mats are provided for children but please bring own bedding
- Bring towels, wellies, a torch and slippers for inside the yurt/tipi
- You will be greeted and shown to your yurt/tipi but there are no permanent on site staff, you really are on your own!
- Wood fired bath instructions: Fill up the bath and light the fire underneath. After about one and a half hours slide in, making sure the cedar board is in place so you don’t get too hot!

Space for 1 baby no charge.
Space for 2 children no charge. self-infalting sleeping mats provided but please bring own bedding
Cooking
- Two-ring gas cooker
- Kettle, saucepans, frying pan and wok
- Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery
- Washing up liquid and tea towels
- Fairtrade organic tea, coffee, hot choc, sugar, salt & pepper
- Water filter for drinking water
- Clay cool pot 'eco fridge'
Washing
- Wood-fired bath in the fresh air
- Shower unit with fresh spring water on tap with basic solar water heating system (weather dependent)
- Camping shower solar bags for warm showers
- Swedish designed compost loo
Heating, lighting & bedding
- Organic bed linen provided for the double bed, plus sheepskins & rugs
- Please bring own towels
- Hand-crafted wood-burning stove for warmth
- Open fire pit and seating area outside
- Wood, kindling, matches and firelighters for the fire are provided
- Tealights for lanterns supplied
Entertainment
- 2 local OS maps for adventuring
- Reiki and meditation sessions – please book separately
- Board games, books and cards in the welcome tent
