From M5
Leave the motorway at Junction 27 and take the A361 signed to Tiverton. At Tiverton you leave the A361 and follow the signs to Bickleigh and Crediton on the A396. At Bickleigh turn right on to the A3072 towards Crediton. After approx 2.75 miles, turn right signposted to Cheriton Fitzpaine. Stay on this road for approx 1.3 miles and Dunscombe Farm will be on your left. Drive through the farm yard down the lane to Lower Dunscombe.
From A30 East or A38 Plymouth
Follow signs for Exeter and then A30 Okehampton. Leave the A30 at the sign for Marsh Barton and Ide. Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout and head towards Exeter City Centre. Follow signed for Crediton A377. As you head in to Crediton you will come to a roundabout and see a large Tesco on your left. Take the 3rd exit on this roundabout, over the hill and passing Crediton Leisure Centre on your right as the bottom of the hill. At the small roundabout take the 2nd exit signed Bickleigh and Tiverton A396. Stay on this road for approx 3 miles and then turn left to Cheriton Fitzpaine. In the village centre by the Half Moon Pub, turn right and follow this road for 1 mile. Dunscombe Farm will be on your right. Drive through the farm yard down the lane to Lower Dunscombe.
From A30 West
Leave the A30 at Okehampton, heading towards Crediton, and then follow the signs for Bickleigh and Tiverton. Stay on the A396 road for approx 3 miles and then turn left to Cheriton Fitzpaine. In the village centre by the Half Moon Pub turn right and follow this road for 1 mile. Dunscombe Farm will be on your right. Drive through the farm yard down the lane to Lower Dunscombe.
Parking is 200 metres away. A wheelbarrow is available to transport any luggage.
By Public Transport
The nearest train station is in Crediton, 5 miles away. Exeter is 9 miles away with direct services from London. The owners can arrange collecting guests and ask for a contribution for fuel.
There is a local bus service to Cheriton Fitzpaine, 1 mile away and a 15-20 minute walk, however this service is not very frequent. There is a more regular bus service to Bickleigh, 4 miles away.
