Our Clean & Safe charter
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and owners is the most important thing to us. During Coronavirus our owners will be taking extra measures in order to keep you safe during your stay and ensure that you can relax and get the nature break you really need. Over the next few weeks, we will be asking our owners to sign up to our ‘Clean and Safe’ charter.
Follow government cleaning advice for non-healthcare environments
This means that in all of our spaces highly touched, hard surfaces will be cleaned then disinfected. All linen will be washed using the hottest water setting before a guests arrival. Time between stays will also be increased to enable government guidelines to be followed. This may affect guest check-in and check-out times.
Enable self-check ins and practice social distancing during stay
Guests can stay without coming into contact with the owner. All group spaces or spaces with shared facilities will also be set up so that guests can socially distance easily.
Have measures in place to allow guests to practice good hygiene throughout their stay
All spaces will be stocked with necessary disinfectant, cleaning supplies, hand sanitisers and soap. Where possible, other measures to reduce risks will be taken. For example, highly touched items such as guest books will be removed and information will be provided digitally instead.
