  1. The competition will run every month and a winner will be selected on the last day of the month.
  2. To enter the competition, entrants must submit a photo of their Canopy & Stars holiday either via Twitter or Instagram with @Canopyandstars tagged in the post or post it on the Canopy & Stars Facebook page
  3. The monthly prize is a £50 Canopy & Stars gift card, no cash alternative and non-transferable. There are no-runners-up prizes. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  4. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  5. Photos must belong to the entrant and not infringe any copyright. Entrants can share as many photos as they like but entry is limited to five entries throughout the competition period.
  6. Entry is exclusively via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram and following the instructions on the website.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.canopyandstars.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
  8. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.
  9. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

By entering this competition, entrants agree that C&S may: (i) showcase their photos on C&S website and any other media in connection with the competition and use their names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical information (as it appears on Twitter) and Tweets for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation
  11. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
  12. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
