Welcome to Canopy & Stars Peaks: an inimitable collection of chalet holidays for those who view 'going off-piste' as more than a choice of ski route or summer holiday.

This is a collection of skiing holidays that isn't just about strapping on the planks and hurtling down the mountain (although we do advocate adrenaline-filled adventures); it's also about spending time in the outdoors, getting away from it all and staying somewhere special. That doesn't mean we've ignored the obvious: ski-in, ski-out at Le Grand Bornand, family friendly terrain at Serre Chevalier, Morzine’s modern lifts and snowboard parks, and expert tips for extreme trails at Châtel. It means we've also looked for a bit more: independent owners doing special things, frozen waterfall abseiling, cross-country skiing, husky sledging, guided snowshoe walks and world-class tobogganing.

With an expected 300 days of sunshine a year, summer holidays in the Alps offer a different breath of fresh air. Lakes, mountains, waterfalls, glaciers and views to die for were easy to find.
