Terms & conditions:

1. The competition winner will be notified within one working week of the closing date of the competition, 30th September 2013.

2. The winner will receive their choice of either the Sunday ‘r’ bed and luxury mattress or the Venice ‘r’ bed and luxury mattress as featured in the Canopy & Stars Daydream Yurt. The prize is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Delivery is UK mainland only. Delivery of the prize will be arranged to take place within 1 month of contact being made between Warren Evans and the winner. Warren Evans reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any point in time.

3. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars, Warren Evans and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.canopyandstars.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control.
