Holiday and prize Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is to win a two-night stay for two adults at Gabriel and Bathsheba plus exclusive use during this stay of a Bathing Under the Sky wood-fired hot-tub. The stay may be taken any date before 1 June 2013 and after 1 October 2013 to 30 November 2013, subject to availability (excluding half-term(s) and bank holidays). If the winner has already made a booking at Gabriel and Bathseba, the prize can be claimed against this booking. Also included will be a bottle of local sparkling wine.

2. The stay is on a self-catering basis. Travel to and from the prize destinations is not included. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked no later than 15th April, 2013. If the holiday is not booked by this point or the holiday at each location itself not taken before the dates outlined for each place above, the prize will be withdrawn. Once confirmed, booking dates are final.

3. The closing date for entry is 28th February, 2013. The prize draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date, where under independent supervision the winner will be drawn at random. The competition winner will be notified by email within 14 days of closing date of prize draw. If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner by 15th March, 2013, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.

4. The winner will be required to sign a copy of the Health and Safety Guidance indicating that he/she understands the guidance and agree to abide by it and complete a medical questionnaire. The winner is responsible for insuring that everyone who uses the hot-tub follows the Health and Safety Guidance provided which he/she confirms by signing the above mentioned document.

5. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.

6. The holiday element of the prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.

Entry Terms & Conditions

1. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars, or Bathing under the Sky and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. Entry is limited to one per person. No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.

4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on 1st February 2013 or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.

5. The Promoter, Canopy & Stars, or agencies involved in this promotion will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.

6. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.

7. Entrants entering this prize draw have the option to consent to be entered into the email database and receive monthly marketing emails from Canopy & Stars and/or Bathing under the Sky. Subscribers may opt out of ongoing communication when they receive the first email from Canopy & Stars and/or or Bathing under the Sky.

8. The winners name and county will be posted on this website and will also be available after the closing date by sending an SAE to ‘Bathing under the Sky’, Canopy & Stars, The Old Farmyard, Yanley Lane, Long Ashton, Bristol BS41 9LR.

9. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.

10. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
