Holiday and prize Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is to win a pair of tickets to The Insider Festival “The Insider Olympiad” in Aviemore, Scotland. The Festival is from 15 June to 17 June, 2012. Accommodation and travel to and from the prize destinations are not included.

2. Prize also includes two festival wardrobes (choose either W/M, M/M or W/W) from Aubin & Wills. Wardrobes to include: Women’s Thorington jacket, Craycroft dress, Clueton short, Beechwood tee and Harlington swimsuit; Men’s: Alford windcheater, Wellesbourne v-neck, Farleigh graphic tee, Aballay rolled twill short, and Bickerstaffe straw hat. Items may change depending on availability. Winner is to notify of ONE size they would like to receive items in (WOMEN’S = 6,8,10,12,14 & MEN’s = XS, S, M,L, XL). Items will be sent to winning entrant via post.

3. Prize also includes Insider Festival retro sportswear for participation in ‘Olympiad Games’. Winner is to notify of ONE size they would like to receive the items in. Items may change depending on availability.

 

Entry Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants entering this prize draw have the option to consent to entered into the email database and receive monthly marketing emails from Canopy & Stars and/or The Insider Festival. Subscribers may opt out of ongoing communication when they receive the first email from Canopy & Stars and/or The Insider Festival.

2. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars, The Insider Festival and Aubin & Wills and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. Entry is limited to one per person. No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.

3. The closing date for entry is 23 May 2012. The prize draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date, where under independent supervision the winner will be drawn at random. The competition winner will be notified by email within 7 days of closing date of prize draw. If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner by 1 June 2012, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.

5. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.

6. The holiday element of the prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on 5 May 2012 or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.

9. The Promoter, Canopy & Stars, or agencies involved in this promotion will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.

10. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.

11. The winners name and county will be posted on this website and will also be available after the closing date by sending an SAE to Sawday’s Canopy & Stars, The Old Farmyard, Yanley Lane, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS41 9LR, UK.

13. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
