Canopy & Stars Year’s Supply of Jordans Cereals

The promotion to ‘win a year’s supply of Jordans Cereals’ packs of Jordans Absolute Nut Bars closes at midnight on 30 June, 2012. Entries received after this date will not be considered for the competition.

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd, Canopy & Stars, their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

  3. The prize consists of a year’s supply of Jordans Cereals, the year’s supply consists of 52 mixed boxes of Jordans cereals and bars, we cannot specify the flavours.  The cereal will be sent in a maximum of four deliveries over the course of one year.
  4. The promoter cannot take responsibility for prizes which are lost or damaged in the post.
  5. The draw will be made at random under independent supervision.
  6. While we can take responsibility for making great cereal, we’re afraid we can’t take responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of entry delivery is not proof of receipt.
  7. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  8. No cash or other alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Please allow 28 days for the delivery of the prize.
  9. If a winner has not contacted us within 28 days of first email notification we reserve the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize. 
  10. The name of the prize-winner will be available from 15 July, 2012 to 15 September, 2012. 
  11. Prize winners names may be published through Jordans digital channels.
