What are they and how do I get one?

- Pretty Canopy & Stars money for any amount you desire is presented in a long card, with a space for you to write your own message

- They can be purchased over the phone with a credit or debit card (we do have to add a 2% surcharge on credit cards but debit is free)

- You can choose from one of three ways of using a Canopy & Stars Gift Card. They are all slightly different, but the same principle applies - someone gets to go on holiday!

- Gift Cards are sent by 1st Class post on the day of purchase (if before 4pm), so please allow a few working days for delivery. Next day delivery can be arranged for £3.

How do I use one?

- When you've chosen which place you want to stay at, give us a call and we can make the booking over the phone. Gift Cards cannot currently be redeemed online

- Our Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for a booking at any place in the Canopy & Stars collection 

- The booking must be made within a year of purchase, but the actual stay can take place at any time

- Please have your voucher reference number when you call.

Standard Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from issue date. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it

2. If the total value of your stay at a Canopy & Stars place is greater than the Gift Card, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Card Holder

3. If the total value of stay is less than the Gift Card, there will be no cash refund

4. Costs associated with travel to and from the chosen place are the responsibilities of the Gift Card holder

5. You must say you are using a Gift Card at the time of booking with Canopy & Stars, quoting the unique reference number. Presently, Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed by phone.

6. Gift Cards feature a unique reference number and may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable

The Christmas Give-and-Get Gift Card

Terms & Conditions 

Buying a Christmas Give-and-Get Gift Card:

1. Minimum £100 purchase required

2. Offer is only available until the 21st December and/or until supplies last (whichever comes first)

3. We can arrange next day delivery until 4pm, 21 Dec, 2012  

Redeeming a Christmas Give-and-Get Gift Card:

1. Minimum 2-night booking

2. A Christmas Give-and-Get Gift Card is valid until 31 March, 2013. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it

3. Only one £25 promotional gift voucher can be used per booking

4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including additional promotional vouchers. Can be used with purchased vouchers beginning with CSGV00

5. Classic Gift Cards, including those purchased during this promotion, are valid for 12 months from issue date. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it
