We want our places to be accessible to as many people as possible and are excited to be on a journey of discovery and collaboration with our owners, to create a collection of hand picked spaces that are both innovative and inclusive in their design.
Our primary aim is to ensure that all visitors can feel confident that their requirements will be met throughout their stay. Our new accessibility tab will offer peace of mind when choosing a booking by providing clear and accurate information on the relevant and accessible facilities that are available in each of our featured spaces.
Our initial focus will be around mobility, but moving forward we will be actively seeking more accessible places that cater for a wider range of access needs. If you have any specific access requirements, please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team who can put you in touch with the owner directly, if necessary. We look forward to welcoming you.
We are making a collection of places that provide extra accessibility details including floorplans, steps, door widths, parking arrangements and more – you can find this under ‘accessibility’ on each listing.
