1. The prize consists of:

A 2-night break at Ravendere Treehouse in Devon. To be taken between 1 December 2024 and 31 November 2025. Excluding July, August, school/public holidays and Valentines.

1. The competition is run by Canopy & Stars, with Instagram handle @canopyandstars
2. For a valid entry, entrants must like the specific Instagram post and tag at least one friend. Additional entries are available for separate comments and also for sharing the post to stories.
3. The competition closes on 5 November 2024.
4. Canopy & Stars will choose one winner at random who will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the competition.
5. No cash alternative is available.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner if after 30 days the winner has not responded to their attempts to make contact. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
7. Each stay is on a self-catering basis. Travel to and from the prize destinations is not included. Each stay is subject to availability and must be booked a minimum of one month in advance of the start date of each stay. We would however advise all stays are booked as far in advance as possible.
8. If the winner has already booked a stay at one of the prize destinations, Canopy & Stars will refund the equivalent value of the stay.
9. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
10. The stays are non-transferable and are subject to availability.
11.  This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with this competition in any way. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for the competition.
12. The Promoter or agencies involved in this promotion will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
13. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
14. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
15. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
16. The holiday element of the prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.

Any information you submit as part of this competition will only be passed on to third parties with your consent and any additional information collected by us is used in order to contact winners and arrange prizes.
