1. The competition will run between 6 August – 4 September 2022.

2. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Canopy & Stars, and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

3. Entries to be submitted via the entry form at www.canopyandstars.co.uk/happyplace, one entry per person. Additional entries can be made by posting a picture of the Canopy & Stars Happy Place Stand, tagging in @canopyandstars and @happyplaceofficial on Instagram.

4. The prize is awarded to one person. Travel is not included and should be organised by the winner.

5. The prize is a 3 night stay at Cleave Treehouse for two people with Canopy & Stars, to be booked and taken before 31 August 2023. Subject to availability and excluding school and public holidays.

6. The prize is as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

7. Any further costs, such as but not limited to, additional nights, food and drink, travel to and from the destination and travel insurance are not included. Standard terms and conditions of individual accommodation apply.

8. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

9. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

11. The promoters reserve the right to alter the terms of competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of the prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

13. The winners will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 14 days, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the promoters reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. By entering the competition, you agree to share your name and email address with Canopy & Stars, your data will be retained and covered by our privacy policy.

15. By opting into newsletters from Canopy & Stars, you agree to the terms and conditions.

16. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing. The winner will have 14 days to respond, if no response is received the prize will be awarded to another entrant.

17. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.

18. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

19. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
