I help our owners in East & South- East England and the Midlands, create wild and inspiring places. I enjoy offering them the support and advice they need to evolve and be successful. I love being part of our caring, close-knit community of owners and colleagues and thrive off the passion we all share to deliver the meaningful experiences that inspire our guests to live a life more wild.

My role is to assist the Owners team and our owners with making changes and updates to their spaces on our website, as well as helping with any general queries they may have. Working at a company where individuality and creativity are championed makes me excited to get out of bed in the morning, and getting to meet interesting and passionate people with amazing spaces is inspirational! I also look after our owners in South-West England (Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Somerse).

Half of my working week is spent in charge of all things relating to the office and HR, and in the other half I support the Owners Team and our owners with any queries, issues and listing amendments. I head up the PR team at Sawday’s, Canopy & Stars and Paws & Stay. looking after all media and influencer relations. I really love finding opportunities, knowing what’s going on in the media and keeping on top of trends. I get to do this every day, combined with another of the things I love, travel.

I oversee the organic growth of our website, focusing on SEO and optimisation of content, as well as merchandising of our products. I help Leila with the implementation of our SEO and content strategy, by conducting keyword research and building landing pages and articles. I also merchandise the website and ensure that users get the best possible experience when they land on our homepage.

Beth - Marketing & Content Coordinator

I use my experience in all things content to get to the heart of the stories and people behind our places, uncovering the authentic details that make them truly special. I’m also part of the PR team, finding partnerships that align with our brands and writing press releases that share our stories far and wide. I love that my role allows me to write about the most meaningful parts of travel, getting back to nature, and the unique experiences that set each place apart.

I write most of the campaigns, newsletters and place descriptions. I love the challenge of coming up with creative ideas that communicate our values and our brand without losing sight of the simple fact that it’s about people getting outside and having fun.

I write the place descriptions for Canopy & Stars, as well as articles, listicles, landing pages – whatever needs writing, I’m excited to do it. I love coming into work every day to something new to do, and spending most of my time looking at beautiful places.

I work with C&S and Paws to build and improve the listings and collaborate with the teams to make sure we get the best out of our special and unique spaces. I love having the flexibility to work across the brands and be in a role where I can be creative while pursuing my passion for tech which is what I always looked for in my dream job!

I lead the finance team and oversee the smooth running of the department as well as looking beyond the day-to-day and at the strategic direction of the company. Being part of an employee-owned business means we’re not just focussed on profit, we also want to do right by our guests and owners and build a sustainable business that’ll be around for years (decades!) to come - I love being part of that.

I deal with all things finance-related for C&S and am the go-to person for owners who have any financial queries. I love working for C&S and that it’s a company that really encourages you to be yourself and live life that little bit more wild.

I work with the Finance team, supporting where needed and will be responsible for the Paws and Stay accounts. I enjoy the simplicity of accounting when you can finally get everything to balance and very much enjoy geeking out over spreadsheets. I’m mostly office based so love being surrounded by plants and so many interesting and friendly people – and dogs! It’s nice to work for a company that recognises the importance of mental health – happy people do better work, so it benefits everyone!

I am the Accounts Assistant for Sawdays, Canopy & Stars and Paws & Stay, which, in a nutshell, means that I process payments for the business, coming in and going out, and unpick any tangles that occur along the way. I do love a good puzzle and making sure things are sitting in their rightful place. That said, I also love the various fuzzy bringers of chaos that are the office dogs, and my weird and wonderful colleagues! Everything in balance ????

My role involves designing website improvements across our 3 brands, focusing on making the user’s journey and experience as enjoyable and pain free as possible. I enjoy understanding the user’s goals and pain points, whether that’s a guest, owner.. or dog! I love the company’s ethos and ethics; they really look out and care for their employee’s well-being.

I upload pricing and use my love of Excel (!) to make sure all places are selling at the right price at the right time. I find ways we can proactively help our owners to maximise revenue and make strategic decisions.
