Sarah - Senior Account Manager

I guide the team on a day-to-day basis, as well as advising our owners in North of England. I love building and nurturing genuine relationships with our owners, seeing their creations flourish and tackling the challenges along the way. It’s a real joy working alongside people who share my values and who want to make the world a little greener.

Tommy - Account Manager

I help our owners in East & South- East England and the Midlands, create wild and inspiring places. I enjoy offering them the support and advice they need to evolve and be successful. I love being part of our caring, close-knit community of owners and colleagues and thrive off the passion we all share to deliver the meaningful experiences that inspire our guests to live a life more wild.

Jo - Account Manager

I advise our owners in South-West England (Dorset, Devon & Cornwall) on how to grow their business and create amazing experiences for guests. It’s brilliant being part of a company with great ethics which is true to its values.

Will - Account Manager

Izzy - Junior Account Manager

My role is to assist the Owners team and our owners with making changes and updates to their spaces on our website, as well as helping with any general queries they may have. Working at a company where individuality and creativity are championed makes me excited to get out of bed in the morning, and getting to meet interesting and passionate people with amazing spaces is inspirational! I also look after our owners in South-West England (Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Somerse).

Charlotte - Account Executive and Office Manager

Half of my working week is spent in charge of all things relating to the office and HR, and in the other half I support the Owners Team and our owners with any queries, issues and listing amendments. I love working for a company that feels like one big family, and the constant holiday inspiration is pretty great too.

I work with the new places team and run our consultancy service, helping people turn their ideas into reality. I love watching new spaces grow and working with owners to realise their dreams. I feel lucky that get to work with an amazing group of people, both my colleagues and those creating incredible spaces.

Helen - Business Development Manager

I help find new and exciting spaces to add to our collection. I collaborate with owners to help make their unique spaces as appealing as possible to our audience and to find interesting ways to offer an authentic ‘Life More Wild’ experience to guests. I love that my job enables me to meet interesting creative and passionate people, often outside in the great outdoors!

Casie - Senior Business Development Executive

I work with our existing owners who want to add to their site offering them ongoing support and advice. I am also always looking for new spaces to add to our collection that are inspiring and connect guests to a life more wild. My favourite thing about working here is the support, motivation and enthusiasm that surrounds me when I’m in the office.

Chloe - Guest Experience Manager

My role is to create a positive, inspiring working environment where my team feels empowered to balance the needs of both owners and guests in a genuine, human-centred way. I’m passionate about supporting our adventurous community, building trust, and cultivating lasting, loyal relationships. As someone who thrives on exploring the great outdoors and uncovering its more secluded spots, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share that passion. It’s a joy to help our guests create their own magical adventures, while inspiring my team to do the same.

Katie - Guest Experience Assistant Manager

What truly makes our work on the Guest Experience Team so rewarding is helping people discover their dream getaways in nature. My role is to help support both the team and our guests in finding those unforgettable locations that leave lasting memories. Doing this within such a nature focused and supportive environment is deeply inspiring.

Lianka - Guest Experience Executive

I help guests with their questions about places or trips, as well as speaking to our owners when it concerns bookings. It’s rewarding to help people switch off and reconnect to nature, and I love being a part of a team of people who share an idea very close to my heart – it’s a joy working here.

Scarlett - Guest Experience Executive

It’s magical to be able to help people briefly step out of a world that’s so saturated with technology, competition and appearance. I weave the seasons and the outdoors into every part of my daughter India’s life. Our favourite motto is, “Muddy hands, happy heart!”

Ruud - Guest Experience Executive

I’m passionate about helping others discover the magic of glamping and reconnecting with nature. When I’m not at work you’ll likely find me off the beaten path in my trusty campervan, exploring hidden gems and soaking up the beauty of the great outdoors. Getting to share my experiences and inspire our guests to embrace outdoor living is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I lead new business ideas and shape the future of Canopy & Stars. I love thinking about the impact of our business in terms of sustainability, finding creative ways to get people into nature and being part of something that’s so positive.

Tessa - Sustainability & Impact Manager

I’m here to protect and champion the ethics and environmental sustainability of our business. I'm fiercely determined and enjoy inspiring (and ruffling feathers) in our mission to make change in our industry and ensure our business acts with responsibly and with integrity. I’m on hand to help owners reduce their emissions, develop spaces consciously and encourage guests to travel in a better way.

I drive strategic growth through the creation and implementation of a solid marketing plan. My aim is to engage loyal audiences and excite potential guests about what we do and our brand. I love that we support independent business and that I work with people who are driven by deep-rooted values.

Hannah Wright - Marketing Manager

I spend my days sharing the magic of Canopy & Stars’ wild and wonderful places, from treehouses to cabins, with the world. Whether crafting stories, chatting with the press, or dreaming up creative campaigns, I love bringing a life more wild to more people. When I’m not waxing lyrical about outdoor escapes, you’ll find me chasing my own adventures—preferably with a great view and a campfire.

David - Social Media Manager

I head up social media across all of our brilliant brands – shaping how we show up online and making sure we’re top of the list when people dream about their next escape. I love that social media is a mix of creative storytelling and getting stuck in to the data.

Max - Marketing Executive

I work on a wide range of marketing projects, from social media and email campaigns to writing content and updating pages on the website. I enjoy showing off all our amazing spaces and I love working for a company that truly cares about people and the planet.

Hattie - Marketing Project Manager

I oversee the production planning and processes behind our marketing campaigns and projects, whilst also looking after B2B and sustainability marketing. I love being part of a company that shares my passion for nature, has strong ethical values, and supports environmental causes.

Emily - Head of Marketing (Sawday's) PR (Group)

I head up the PR team at Sawday’s, Canopy & Stars and Paws & Stay. looking after all media and influencer relations. I really love finding opportunities, knowing what’s going on in the media and keeping on top of trends. I get to do this every day, combined with another of the things I love, travel.

Alice - PR Manager

My days are kept busy looking for opportunities to get our incredible spaces into the best publications, websites, TV shows and inspirational influencer accounts. I’m lucky that I get to spend my time doing what I love - talking to people and cuddling the office dogs.

Leila - SEO Manager

I oversee the organic growth of our website, focusing on SEO and optimisation of content, as well as merchandising of our products. I enjoy understanding how users engage with our site and working to provide the best possible user journey. I love that C&S champions independent providers and has such strong values.

Laura - SEO & Content Executive

I help Leila with the implementation of our SEO and content strategy, by conducting keyword research and building landing pages and articles. I also merchandise the website and ensure that users get the best possible experience when they land on our homepage.

Beth - Marketing & Content Coordinator

I use my experience in all things content to get to the heart of the stories and people behind our places, uncovering the authentic details that make them truly special. I’m also part of the PR team, finding partnerships that align with our brands and writing press releases that share our stories far and wide. I love that my role allows me to write about the most meaningful parts of travel, getting back to nature, and the unique experiences that set each place apart.

Chris - Copywriter

I write most of the campaigns, newsletters and place descriptions. I love the challenge of coming up with creative ideas that communicate our values and our brand without losing sight of the simple fact that it’s about people getting outside and having fun.

Jem - Copywriter

I write the place descriptions for Canopy & Stars, as well as articles, listicles, landing pages – whatever needs writing, I’m excited to do it. I love coming into work every day to something new to do, and spending most of my time looking at beautiful places.

Emi - Build Coordinator

I work with C&S and Paws to build and improve the listings and collaborate with the teams to make sure we get the best out of our special and unique spaces. I love having the flexibility to work across the brands and be in a role where I can be creative while pursuing my passion for tech which is what I always looked for in my dream job!

Finance Team

Keziah - Head of Finance

I lead the finance team and oversee the smooth running of the department as well as looking beyond the day-to-day and at the strategic direction of the company. Being part of an employee-owned business means we’re not just focussed on profit, we also want to do right by our guests and owners and build a sustainable business that’ll be around for years (decades!) to come - I love being part of that.

Tom - Finance Manager

I’m responsible for keeping our brilliant finance team on track and making sure we’re all pulling in the same direction. I believe that however good we are, we can always be better, and it’s a joy to guide the team ever upwards. I am incredibly proud to be working in a company full of people who genuinely want to do good; for our guests, for our owners, for each other and for the world at large.

Rhiannon - Financial Analyst

I’ve worked at C&S since the early days, but now work part time mainly focusing on financial modelling. I love that although the company has grown over the years, it still feels as though the owners and the team are a big family.

Callum - Management Accountant

I deal with all things finance-related for C&S and am the go-to person for owners who have any financial queries. I love working for C&S and that it’s a company that really encourages you to be yourself and live life that little bit more wild.

Fran - Assistant Accountant

I work with the Finance team, supporting where needed and will be responsible for the Paws and Stay accounts. I enjoy the simplicity of accounting when you can finally get everything to balance and very much enjoy geeking out over spreadsheets. I’m mostly office based so love being surrounded by plants and so many interesting and friendly people – and dogs! It’s nice to work for a company that recognises the importance of mental health – happy people do better work, so it benefits everyone!

Debbie - Accounts Assistant

I am the Accounts Assistant for Sawdays, Canopy & Stars and Paws & Stay, which, in a nutshell, means that I process payments for the business, coming in and going out, and unpick any tangles that occur along the way. I do love a good puzzle and making sure things are sitting in their rightful place. That said, I also love the various fuzzy bringers of chaos that are the office dogs, and my weird and wonderful colleagues! Everything in balance ????

Platform Team

Sophie - Platform Manager

I help champion the Platform Team and keep track of our progress across all 3 brands, reporting this back to the wider business. It’s great working with so many likeminded people - and getting to look at all the amazing spaces definitely doesn’t hurt either!

Dave - Senior UX Designer

My role involves designing website improvements across our 3 brands, focusing on making the user’s journey and experience as enjoyable and pain free as possible. I enjoy understanding the user’s goals and pain points, whether that’s a guest, owner.. or dog! I love the company’s ethos and ethics; they really look out and care for their employee’s well-being.

Kelly - Revenue & Performance Manager

I upload pricing and use my love of Excel (!) to make sure all places are selling at the right price at the right time. I find ways we can proactively help our owners to maximise revenue and make strategic decisions. I love our company’s ethos to connect us all with nature, from the beautiful spaces we promote to the plants in the office!

Sophie - Pricing & Data Analyst

My role consists of assisting with the pricing upload and pricing updates on a regular basis, whilst also helping the Finance team administratively. Being a part of the company is a dream come true since I can work hard and scratch dogs on the same day!

Antonica - Application Support Analyst

My specialities are fixing our systems when things go wrong and testing new features for the site. I love that I get to support our amazing teams and owners, help people find slices of wilderness, and champion environmental – and personal – wellbeing.

Luke - Full Stack Developer

I use my development magic to convert designs and wireframes into useable software components.

Mark - Full Stack Developer

Doing geeky things and fixing bugs. I love creating code, especially when the outcome either provides dazzling results, or even simply makes someone’s day easier. Working here is awesome as everything is truly done as a team, and we all learn something new every day.

Tushar - DevOps Engineer

Take care of infrastructure of Sawday's and C&S. Responsible for automating the process, checking for security threats and vulnerabilities in setup, and deploying applications. I am the owner of my work and that’s what I love the most working with Sawday's. I get the opportunity to learn/upskill myself and deliver it in a production-ready environment.

Joe - Front-End Developer

I work on the front-end side of the development process, making sure that everything looks pretty and a user’s interactions with our websites are exactly as they’d expect. I enjoy the challenge of taking designs and making them into a functional reality. I love working at the company because it’s true to its values and it’s full of friendly people.
