I love the people I work with (both owners and colleagues!) and that every day is different, with an exciting new adventure or challenge.

I guide the team on a day-to-day basis, as well as advising our owners in North of England. I love building and nurturing genuine relationships with our owners, seeing their creations flourish and tackling the challenges along the way. It’s a real joy working alongside people who share my values and who want to make the world a little greener.

I help our owners in East & South- East England and the Midlands, create wild and inspiring places. I enjoy offering them the support and advice they need to evolve and be successful. I love being part of our caring, close-knit community of owners and colleagues and thrive off the passion we all share to deliver the meaningful experiences that inspire our guests to live a life more wild.

I support our owners in Wales, Scotland and Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia & Ireland), providing tailored suggestions for spaces interiors and improvements to guest experiences. I love how close we are as a team, our chosen family. I really enjoy that I get to visit our amazing spaces often!

Half of my working week is spent in charge of all things relating to the office and HR, and in the other half I support the Owners Team and our owners with any queries, issues and listing amendments. My role is to assist the Owners team and our owners with making changes and updates to their spaces on our website, as well as helping with any general queries they may have. Working at a company where individuality and creativity are championed makes me excited to get out of bed in the morning, and getting to meet interesting and passionate people with amazing spaces is inspirational! I also look after our owners in South-West England (Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire).

My role focuses on the B2B marketing for our owner community, collating our owner newsletter and website content as well as supporting the wider team on a variety of marketing projects and campaigns. I head up the PR team (of two!) at Sawday’s and Canopy & Stars, looking after all media and influencer relations. I really love finding opportunities, knowing what’s going on in the media and keeping on top of trends. I get to do this every day, combined with another of the things I love, travel.

My days are kept busy looking for opportunities to get our incredible spaces into the best publications, websites, TV shows and inspirational influencer accounts. I’m lucky that I get to spend my time doing what I love - talking to people and cuddling the office dogs.

I write most of the campaigns, newsletters and place descriptions. I love the challenge of coming up with creative ideas that communicate our values and our brand without losing sight of the simple fact that it’s about people getting outside and having fun.

I work with the Finance team, supporting where needed and will be responsible for the Paws and Stay accounts. I enjoy the simplicity of accounting when you can finally get everything to balance and very much enjoy geeking out over spreadsheets. I’m mostly office based so love being surrounded by plants and so many interesting and friendly people – and dogs! It’s nice to work for a company that recognises the importance of mental health – happy people do better work, so it benefits everyone!

That said, I also love the various fuzzy bringers of chaos that are the office dogs, and my weird and wonderful colleagues! Everything in balance ????

Work on all things data: I report on website performance for the business and also owners. I keep an eye out for any new trends emerging. A lot of my role is focused on optimising the website, to help improve the customer journey. I am also the voice of the user in the business! So I do a lot of user testing.

My role involves designing website improvements across our 3 brands, focusing on making the user’s journey and experience as enjoyable and pain free as possible.
