Where are the best places to stay for a cabin holiday in the Cotswolds?
It depends on what you’re after. For countryside walks and classic Cotswolds villages, look around areas such as the Cotswold Hills, the Windrush Valley and the villages around Cirencester, Stroud and Stow-on-the-Wold. Our cabins are spread across the wider Cotswolds and surrounding countryside, so you can choose between being close to places to explore or having a little more space and seclusion.
Are there dog-friendly cabins in the Cotswolds?
Yes, we have a selection of dog-friendly cabins where your four-legged companions can join you for walks through the countryside. Check the individual cabin listing for its specific dog policy, as some spaces have limits on the number or size of dogs they can accommodate.
Can I find cabins with hot tubs in the Cotswolds?
Yes, some of our Cotswolds cabins have private hot tubs, giving you somewhere warm to sink into after a day of walking, exploring villages or simply staying outside until the sun goes down. A few are particularly good for evening soaks beneath the stars.

Yes, some of our Cotswolds cabins can be reached by train, although how easy it is to get around once you arrive will depend on the location. If you’d rather leave the car at home, look for cabins in our collection that are specifically marked as reachable by train and check the individual listing for local transport information.
What should I pack for a cabin holiday in the Cotswolds?
Bring comfortable shoes for walking, waterproofs and layers for changeable weather, plus something cosy for evenings outside. What is cabin life really like?
Perhaps not what you think. We all know the cliché of cabins far off in the mountains - water from a well and food from whatever you can lure into the spike pit. Modern cabins are a little different and, while we do have a spectrum that runs from fancy underfloor heating to more rustic places, you’ll have a little more comfort than some desperate frontier folk.
