Who we are As our name suggests, Canopy & Stars is all about getting back to nature and finding peace (and constellations) in the process. Side note — we do occasionally get called Canapé & Stars but as much as we love food, we prefer a good BBQ to a tray of devilled eggs. What to do in Salcombe It might be quicker to list what you can't do in Salcombe. To get the blood pumping, stride along walking trails in the South Devon AONB, run wild on South Sands beach, explore Snapes Point nature reserve or try your hand at windsurfing. For a more restful day, potter around Salcombe’s boutique shops, art galleries and cafés, stopping to sample fresh seafood in the harbour or to grab a locally-made dairy ice cream. At every turn you’ll get another breathtaking view of the sparkling water and bobbing boats.
