Who we are
Since we were founded in 2010, we’ve been sniffing out wild places off the beaten track where you can immerse yourself in nature. Let’s be very clear though, this is glamping not camping and we work with owners who sprinkle their spaces with little luxuries and indulgences that result in deep sighs of contentment. We’re a picky bunch and only accept 20% of applicants, so you know your glamping holiday is going to be something special.
Our dog-friendly treehouses in Scotland
You and your dog won’t be slumming it in Scotland, our dog-friendly treehouses north of the border are some of the both luxurious spaces in our collection. Decision making is tough when you’re choosing between a hot tub on the deck with a private river and a palatial Scandi chic pad with an outdoor copper tub and views of the Gargunnock Hills. Flip a coin, or draw it out of a hat – whatever you choose, you won’t be disappointed.
We care about responsible travel
As one of the highest-scoring B-Corps in travel, we’re on a mission to make glamping a more responsible sector. With a goal of net zero carbon by 2030, we’re working hard to reduce our environmental impact and improve Access to Nature for those with disabilities and disadvantaged young people. We’re proud to be employee-owned with a charitable trust that supports environmental causes.
What to do with your dog in Scotland
Scotland does scenery on a grand scale and when you stay in one of our treehouses, it’s your back garden to explore. Take your dog on hikes up wild Munros, spot the wildlife in national parks, or stroll through ancient woodlands and picnic on the banks of serene lochs. The beaches here are breathtaking with miles upon miles of golden sand to play fetch on and invigoratingly chilly waves for the brave to dip their toes in. For a cultural interlude, visit the grounds of ancient castles and stately homes, many of which welcome dogs.
