In shoulder seasons up to 69% of our guests book the month before their stay or even in the same month of their stay. To ensure this strong market for last minute bookings is made the most of, we only upload Special Offers that apply to the next two months, ensuring the pool of offers stays rich and people can find the right space for them
- Please try to be as clear as possible when completing the form, your Special Offer will be live quicker if we don’t need to call you for clarification
- You’ll receive an email from us once your offer is live, please check it is appearing as you expected
- Guests say they are more likely to book if there is an offer of money off or a free night. They are less interested in value-added offers such as a free bottle of wine
- Don’t let your offer complicate the booking process for the guest – a discount such as 20% off that can be applied to your online calendar and bookable via the website is more effective than something more bespoke that requires the guest to book over the phone
- We send our database of 185,000 potential guests a newsletter at the start of every month and always promote our Special Offers page. Make sure your Special Offer is live by the end of the month to ensure you feel the benefit of this promotion
