Dog-friendly cabins

Inside of a cabin, a dog is man’s best friend, and outside of a cabin, a dog… is still man’s best friend. There’s very little as soul-crushing as waving goodbye to your favourite four-legged housemate, and that can be a quick way to feel guilty on a glamping trip. So, skip the puppy eyes, and take that hound out to play! There’s plenty of cabins, up and down the whole UK to host you and your dog, so take a hike together, explore the moors, sprint the beaches, and come home to curl up by the log burner, all, with your best friend (and the less important two-legged friends you brought).

Why take your dog to a C&S Cabin?

There’s plenty to make a short trip away feel like a burden when you’ve got a dog, restrictive policies about pets, pristine carpets, no doggy wash facilities, not even a bowl to feed your tiny friend. Lots of our owners are dog-lovers, wilderness devotees, and all-round animal enthusiasts, and are just as thrilled to host your faithful mutt as they are you. Up and down the UK there’s places you can take your dog that would make their year, wide open beaches, trails and tracks lined with exotic smells, and new dog-friendly eateries opening by the minute. Treat you, treat your pup.

About dog-friendly cabins with Canopy & Stars

Will they really be set up to deal with my dog? One way or another, all our dog-friendly owners have something to show their love of all things dog. Making sure there’s something for the dog, like a bowl and blanket at the ready – our owners are just as excited to see you as they are your best friend. Just be sure to return the favour and keep them from using anything that isn’t a chew toy – as such.

Who are we? Hi, we’re Canopy & Stars, you might remember us from such memories as, the finest holiday of your life, that time I had my mind blown glamping, or gosh I’m glad I booked with C&S. For those less familiar with Troy McClure – we’re a small, independent travel company, with a focus on sustainable and unique glamping. We pride ourselves on inspecting each and every one of our spaces – so you turn up to find a stay you’d only dreamt of.

Why a cabin? The humble cabin is in many ways, a perfect stay. It combines some of the benefits of other spaces, the fresh wood smell and the open space of a treehouse, the rough and readiness of the shepherd’s hut, the feature windows and traditional interior that you might see in a geodome. A cabin, once good enough for every hardy adventurer to cross any frontier human beings have found (there’s even cabins on spaceships), is still a good choice for you. So, sit out on the veranda, pop a bottle, and see what we mean.

Why book with us? We could quote our world class NPS scores (above 80 for three years running) for our customer service, our impact strategy – where we constantly evaluate our impact on our environment as well as the health, happiness and wellbeing of our staff. Or even our overtourism campaign. Like how we do business? Vote with your cash, and support the company that‘s taking strides to do better.
