Reconnect

Drop all the stuff that doesn’t matter, and take that person or those people that matter the most, to a place where all there is, is you and them. And all the time in the world to remember who you are together.

Reconnect is only one type of experience that features in The Wild 100, our selection of the incredible things that come with our stays. You can see the full 100 here, or sign up to our newsletter and have them sent to you in inspiring episodes over the next few weeks.

31. Hot tub cinema

Some spaces were made for two. Watch a movie together at the outdoor cinema, sit by the chiminea under the tree canopy or melt together in the hot tub. When it gets cooler, retire inside, where nature gives way to Moroccan-themed extravagance – and snuggle by wood burner crackle.

You can’t possibly go wrong with a freestanding stone tub, in its own bath house. Not when it’s big enough for two to settle into and watch a film on the screen. End the night with a glass of something chilled, overlooking the Somerset Levels.
